Physical Description: Margita is average height for someone her age: five feet and one inch. She's skinny, because she's just coming out of a growth spurt. It's possible that she'll no longer grow, as her mother is only five feet tall. She wishes she would grow at least one more foot so that she would be able to become a super model, but it's not likely. Unfortunately for her.
She was an early bloomer, so to speak, and at the age of ten she already had a feminine shape to her; round hips and a bit of breast. Now, a year later, her hips are even rounder and her breasts have grown. Her face reminds child-like, but perhaps that will eventually change as well. She was an outcast in the Muggle school she went to before coming to Hogwarts, partially because of the fact that her body changed while others' bodies remained childlike and chubby.
She has dark brown eyes and a dirty blonde hair. She has never dyed her hair, though she dreams about dyeing it lighter blonde. Maybe one day... She usually wears her hair in a messy bun or simply down; rarely in a ponytail or something fancier. She's a down-to-earth kind of girl style-wise, she doesn't want anything too special.
The clothes she wears are down-to-earth as well: she prefers earthy tones and simple design. She can usually be seen wearing loose jeans and a simple sweater; if she could choose, she wouldn't wear blouses or skirts or ANYTHING like that. It's just not for her. She doesn't feel comfortable in clothes that don't allow her to relax completely.
Her skin is very light, and she burns easily in the sun. She wishes she tanned easily, but you don't always get what you wish for, do you?
She has a wide jaw, and her eyes are rather large; the left eye is slightly smaller than the right. Her forehead is a bit too low for her face.
Personality Description: Margita is a typical Gemini:
- charming: she has no trouble making people like her, and she generally makes friends easily
- restless: she has a hard time focusing on tasks for a long time
- adaptable: she easily adapts to new situations and won't spend a lot of time pining over the past
- hard-working to a fault: despite being restless, she can quite often force herself to focus on the task at hand
- mutable: she's going through adolescence, so she changes a lot.
She sometimes works too hard, resulting in anxiety and insomnia. Her school performance isn't as good as it could be, because she gets bored really quickly, and would rather be spending time with friends than studying. However, because she's ambitious, she will force herself to study, despite the headaches and the fact that letters seem to jump and bounce around, and the words get jumbled.
She has a hard time making decisions, and she often turns to her friends to help her make decisions. She's kind and generous and will help her friends in turn, and she will pretty much help anyone in need. She hates having enemies, and will try to get along with anyone. She hopes she had a lot of money so she could donate to varius charities, including but not limited to Squibs of Poland (SOP) and WWF.
If Margita had to pick three most important things in her life, she would pick friends, family, and the nature -- not necessarily in that order. She values friendship and wants to befriend almost everyone.
She thinks creatively and will try her best to find new solutions to any problem. She hates doing things the way they've always been done, and she'll sometimes waste a lot of time trying to come up with a new way to do something when a perfectly good way already exists. Her creativity, while it means she'll sometimes receive surprisingly great grades, also means that she wastes time on trying to be even more creative.
History: Margita's grandparents fled Poland in the late 1939 when Germany invaded Poland. They had nothing but the bare necessities: a small suitcase of clothes for both of them. They came to Waterford, and managed to get a life started.
By the time they were ready to have children, they were in their mid-fifties, and they didn't have more than one child: Margita's father, Friedrich.
Margita has two older brothers and one little sister, all of them Muggles. She was the apple of her brothers' and parents' eyes until her little sister was born just a year ago. It was a difficult thing for a ten-year-old to not be the "baby" of the family anymore. She, however, grew to accept the situation quickly; again an example of her adaptability.
She went to a Muggle school before coming to Hogwarts. Her parents didn't even know if it would be possible for the child not to go to a Muggle school before going to Hogwarts, but then again, they would've put her to the school even if it was possible for her not to go to the school. They, after all, want even Margita to have the best education possible, and to have the best understanding of the world possible. One of the ways to ensure a great understanding of the world is to go study as much as possible. And for someone who is bound to spend the next seven years with wizarding folk, it is imperative to get a firm understanding of how the Muggle world works.
In the Muggle school, she had a few of friends and a couple of crushes, even though she was kind of an outsider due to being an early bloomer. Her personality, however, helped her overcome being an outsider, and made her get friends. She has never told anyone about having a crush on them, but she can't wait to have her first kiss.

How Do You Fit Into Your House?: Because she is, more than anything, a loyal and hard-working girl. She's friendly, good-hearted and passionate. She's not courageous enough to be a Gryffindor, nor is she academic enough to be a Ravenclaw -- and definitely not cunning enough to be a Slytherin.
Writing Sample: Margita was half dancing, half walking. She'd just eaten a pile of her absolute favorite food, and now it was time to spend the evening with her friend, Lulu. They'd agreed to meet in the library after dinner, and there she was, making her way to the library. It seemed that all the students were out and about at the same time, and it was frustrating to try to turn towards the library with everyone rushing towards the common room to relax after the hard day of studying.
She made her way towards the crowded study area, and when she spotted Lulu, she waved, and walked to her. She still felt kind of giggly whenever she approached Lulu -- it was kind of odd that she'd actually managed to make a friend so quickly. It hadn't been more than three weeks at Hogwarts, but she already had someone she could call a friend. Awesome! Of course she had always been good at making friends, but it was particularly odd at Hogwarts. She hadn't known anyone when she came to the school, but now she seemed to know everyone. She couldn't stop herself from siling.
"Hi! Did you like the dinner?" Margita said, as she went to the table, pulled out a chair and sat. She sighed happily. She had not only liked the dinner -- she had LOVED it.
Sum up your character in one paragraph: Margita is a first-year Hufflepuff. She's a hard-working, friendly person who would love to befriend practically everyone.
