Physical Description: Bailey is a scrawny little fella with an extremely lanky build. He’s not a tall lad, nor a rather tall lad, at about 5’ 11’’, he’s about average. "Lee" as some of his friends like to call him, as warm brown eyes and very small straight teeth. He has a contagious smile, and a rather pointy nose than can smell a loaf of freshly baked bread from a mile away.

His mousy brown hair and his eyes are normally framed in his glasses. He is more comfortable in a simple pinstriped suit and a comfortable pair of Chuck’s. He is normally doused with a pleasant old spice cologne and he tends to run around quite a bit, he has an awful lot of running to do, with his busy schedule and all, teaching, grading, tutoring and getting enough time to wind down at night, he likes to think of himself as an over-grown student, who does the opposite of what an average student would do.

Quills and sticky notes fill his pockets, reminders of what to do next, a  bit of hard candy here or there. His hair stands up due to his incessant pulling on it. His lips are chapped from biting them in thought and his skin tone pale, he normally stays inside, but his biological mother was Irish, and he sun burns easily.

Personality Description: Bailey is a very spunky, outgoing individual, he's a natural leader and quirky, he loves kids, and he has a real sense of adventure.

He tends to be very over enthusiastic, celebrating little things with a little dance and giving out stickers, he has rolls and rolls of stickers. He's a truly good person with a passion for his job, which is teaching.

He's a very logical man, with radical and inventive ideas. He does very well under pressure, in fact, he revels in it. He loves being put on the spot, knowing that he'll be able to think up an excellent and logical plan.

Bailey has time for women, even though he would like a lady friend from time to time, he finds that he just doesn't have the time in his busy schedule to search for the right girl.

History: When Bailey's muggle parent's (Amanda and Curtis Smith) died when he was a young boy,he  had no clue he was a wizard and, just by chance, when he was five years old, he was adopted by Fred and Jennifer Porter, Fred was an Auror and Jenny was a muggle. The Porters didn't have much, but, enough to give Bailey the things he needed for school.

When Bailey was about 9-10 years old, he discovered he was a wizard, he had been sitting on his bed, reading, one of his favorite pass times, when he unknowingly started levitating from his mattress, he froze in shock and awe. His foster mother found him, hanging less than 3 feet above the bed a half hour later, calling Fred into the boy's bedroom.

Knowing that his adoptive father was a wizard, Lee was excited and and intrigued. He received his Hogwarts letter the year after that, and his journey into the wizarding world began. Once he was sorted into Ravenclaw, Bailey excelled in all of his classes, but he loved Arithmacy the most. During summer holiday, he studied muggle schooling by the request of his adoptive mother. He graduated in the top 10 of his class and went on to become a private wizarding tutor, then when he was tired of that,he studied briefly in his home. Trying to figure out what to do with his time, Bailey spent many nights pulling his hair and solving arithmacy problems to relax.
He was attending an arithmacers seminar in Diagon Alley weekly to try to strengthen his skills, but nonetheless, he was still not content, even though he did very well

Then, one night, had a radical and difficult idea, he had made a plan to conjoin the sciences and math theories of the muggle and magical world by using Arithmacy and many other academic principals, a foolproof plan that would change the course of history forever, integrate the issues of the two world and fix them by using each other’s powers as a resource, but the more he thought about it the less foolproof it became, to the point of a magical war against muggles.He still works on it even now, erasing and changing ideas so that maybe, one day, society would change and he would be rewarded, but only from time to time. So, when he finally made a decision, he moved onto muggle college, he got a degree in teaching and became a muggle math teacher, much to his adoptive mother's delight. Yet,  a far cry from what he was used to during his schooling days.

But, even though Bailey loved his muggle students dearly, he longed for a school where students ate candy that made their noses bleed and every so often during a study period, one would hear and explosion and where the paintings spoke to you as you walked down the hallways. Wanting to move forwards with his life, Porter applied to Hogwarts several times, being denied for a candidate more suited.

So, every year, he submitted an application to become a Hogwarts Professor, and finally, he got what he had always wanted, a magical  teaching job in the world's finest wizarding and witchcraft institutes, teaching he very favorite subject, Arithmacy.

Describe your job duties and how you go about them: Bailey is a very easy-going professor, even though he can be a little tight reined, he has a very relaxed teaching style. he asks that all students call him by his first name, to create a bond with them, he believes that if students are comfortable enough with calling a teacher by their first name, they should have no problem asking questions or for help, like asking a friend for help.

Even though it may not seem like it at times, Bailey takes his job very seriously, he makes sure that all homework, assignments, and projects are turned in on time, if not, a deduction of house points in in order. But, otherwise, Lee loves handing out stickers, even if the students think it's stupid, and he has perfected a method for getting students to open up and learn who they are, and see how it affects their work.

Elaborate on your expertise in your field: Bailey got amazing grades in Hogwarts and he has a muggle degree in teaching. He loves kids, younger and older alike, and wishes to share his enthusiasm of learning to his students, even if his methods may be soft and trivial.
