Yeah, both Kia and Opie are probably in the hatred category.  And, we can certainly accommodate the elevation to victim status in Kia (or Opie's I'm sure) case.  Chances are it was more likely Kia noticed/remembers Cináed from Slytherin rather than the other way around.  He would have disregarded her almost immediately her first year and gotten distracted by getting trouble and goofing off.  And, I suspect house members getting expelled would have caused a few brief rumors.  Opie wouldn't have been anywhere in his radar.  It's definitely possible that he'd have known Analiza's mother while in Azkaban.  He, definitely, feels a sense of camaraderie with his fellow convicts.

Why do I care?:  Acquaintances in school, met up later over business and now see each other pretty regularly.  Daz frequents the Black Chimeara and is always available to provide any potion or ingredient needed by Cinaed; she is partial to him because his dark past is a subject of intrigue and he is generally of the personality type that Dazmond gravitates toward.
WBA?:  Dazmond would be highly interested in the goings-on of the WBA but would probably not join.  She would, however, be a ready contact for any potions needs they may have, and would not be opposed to filling other jobs for them such as theft or espionage.
Where are you?:  friend / drinking buddies / partner in crime
Where do you want to be?:  Associate of the WBA maybe? / and anywhere between best friend/protective of you/like family in association with Partners in Crime, perhaps

Now what?: Well the WBA unofficially offered a helping hand, Kyle is not to accept it. He's always wanted to find his deranged brother but now finding the true killer of those on Remembering Day is his top priority. Since Kyle plans on going vigilante, I can see him causing some trouble for Cinaed and the WBA in general. He believes he'll have to knock some heads to find out the information he needs to track the killer down. Though that will be masked under some vigilante alias (if you have ideas, do tell them as I have no idea what to call him), Kyle will likely openly turn down the WBA's help at some point. PM for plots, but there's good stuff brewing here.

Why do I care?: As it is her job to bring down wizards like Tawse, I doubt the two would get on very well. It is also likely that Raynor has the Aurors keep a close tab on him to make sure he does not violate the terms for his release from Azkaban, as with other former convicts. She is very pro-equality and its no secret that she was arrested under Voldermort's Ministry for attempting to smuggle out people caught by Snatchers, so she has made where she stands on blood status very clear. Perhaps she advocated for Tawse to also be convicted for the murder charges after the Battle of Hogwarts? I dunno. We can talk. :-)

Kyle - Yes, we have some plans in the work.  Should be interesting. 

Tamis - ooo interesting prospects.  There's definitely room for friction though, of course, Cináed would be extremely careful around her.  One of the things that does come to mind is that I am on the lookout for a potential Ministry Supervisor (similar to a parole officer) for him.  I know Tamis may be too high ranking for it but if taking that on was of interest, I'm sure there'd be a way to arrange it.  Perhaps, he's considered higher risk - perhaps its a new program and there aren't enough staff - perhaps there's something personal that makes her want to keep tabs on him.  But, give it some thought.  It'd give an interesting dynamic and countless plot potentials.

Akiva - Oh, yes, my dear.  Can't wait to meet you.  I suspect Akiva might remember him from school as well so I added that.

Hmm. That could leave for some rather spiffy plotlines.    Hmm...  what if Tam was assigned to keep tabs on Tawse before she became Head Auror? The timing is right, if I did my math right, he was released from Azkaban early in 2003? (Battle of Hogwarts was May 2nd, 1998 and Kingsley became Minister on June 29th of the same year. A 55 month sentence is about 4.5 years. 1998 + 4 = 2002 and give or take what month he was admitted to azkaban those 6 months ( .5 year) would make it sometime late in 2002 or 2003) So either a year or two before she was promoted to Head Auror and also, ironically, before the Azkaban Breakout.

Its not hard to see that Tawse is a very dangerous man. So, instead of reassigning him to another Auror, perhaps she kept his case so that she could watch it more closely herself? Which would work in his favor when she gets more and more preoccupied with Gibson's case and the Runespoor business and has to occasionally start handing him to other Aurors that know less about his ways?

Why do I care?: They were obviously never in school together, since Matilda isn't a witch. However, the name Quinn is possibly familiar, and they may have crossed paths in Wizarding London.
WBA?: She probably doesn't know about it since it's still very exclusive, but I don't know whether Tilly would be welcome as a squib, anyway. She's technically Pureblood, but she has no magical capacity. The one thing that might earn her sympathy is her lack of wand-- a trait she shares with many ex-con WBA members, but obviously for a very different reason. Either way, Matilda would have little desire to join a group that includes many blood purists. As a squib, she has had her share of firsthand experience with discrimination, and has little patience or sympathy for it.
Where are you?: Probably indifference or acquaintances for now. We could come up with a more notable history, if you want. If Tilly knows anything about Cin's beliefs, or if he knows that she's a squib, this category might be different.
Where do you want to be?: I'm assuming they would not get along well if they got to know each other.
Now what?: Neither of them have wands, so that could lead to something fun. Also, I don't know whether Cin is much of a music fan, but Reducto Records stocks a lot of local and underground music, ranging from folk to street punk to everything in between. There's a chance that a very select bit of it might have interesting political undertones consistent with the WBA's (even while entirely unaffiliated). Matilda would not be terribly pleased to sell such hateful diatribe masquerading as art, but I could see her choosing to put up with it (for a while, at least) rather than implementing censorship (at least for the sake of plot). OR, I could see bands like that not bothering to stock their music in record shops, and wanting to retain a sort of very elitist underground feel. Either way, it could make for some interesting conversations if people come looking for such records. I would love to hear your thoughts on this, because I think music is often a useful tactic in attracting youth to certain counterculture movements.
