My word.  An elf.

Now that Knox wasn't at Hogwarts, he saw very few House Elves and even fewer had ever come to his house.  But it was Tulojow's and Knox didn't feel a sense of intrusion, not in the slightest.  It was no more bothersome or strange to him than when her eagle had come calling.

He offered a smile to the effusively apologizing elf, who had come to whisk Healer Nagde back to her duties.  Nothing to be done about that.  Knox set down his empty cup and moved to offer Tulojow a gentle embrace.

"I'll owl you, Madam," he said as he let her go.  "We can make the arrangements a bit closer to the day.  You've made a young wizard's day," he joked with a broad smile.

"Farewell!"

Tulojow smiled warmly at the man and returned the embrace, ignoring the anxiously dancing elf.  They were so prone to dramatics, sometimes.  Though Barry Orrick's nose did need to be put on right, again, the thing wasn't going to go very far.  And, the lad wouldn't die from having to breath through his mouth for a few minutes.  Perhaps, he might even learn a lesson from the experience.

"We're going to be the talk of the evening!"  Tulojow said, jokingly as she gave the man's hand a gentle squeeze.  It would be an exciting evening and Tulojow was certain there would be many looking forward to seeing their former Headmaster.

But, the elf's antsy hopping couldn't be ignore for too long.  Tulojow smiled fondly down at the elf before reaching for Pippy's hand.  The next moment, the elf apparated away, taking the Healer with her back to the school.
