FELON ADMITTED ON PLEA OF INSANITY

Many appeals have been made in the case of pureblood felon
Arthur Lemon, who was convicted in August 2008 for the murder of an innocent witch as well as various muggles. Recent trials in November have seen a change in Lemon's counsel and an amendment of approach.
"After thorough cross-examination and medical guidance," announced legal counsel Roderick Cornfoot last fortnight, "It is obvious to us that our client is nothing more than a victim of severe mental and magical damage, afflicted in the last wizarding war."
Protests and further objections against the appeal have come from various sources, including the families of victims.
Eliza Almasy
[1], parent to the final and only non-muggle victim, has released a statement asserting that legal action will be taken against her daughter's murderer should he be released into public domain.
Arthur Lemon was released yesterday afternoon into the care of St.Mungo's Hospital in London, where he will receive treatment for his alleged mental condition. Future trials will see to resolve the issue of his official release.
