Mark looked down to his chest, where he saw red cascade down from a cut. A cut, from a knife, from a lady who he thought he was to protect. He whipped around, saying, "What the hell did you-" He was cut off by seeing her, stabbed by her own knife. His eyes grew wide. Time was precious. He needed to move quickly.

He needed to be the good guy. Mark withdrew his wand, leaning over her. "Look, this may hurt a little, but let me do it." He put his hands on the knife, and withdrew it. "Alright. Now, I'm going to make it better, okay?" He took his wand, and pointed it at the wound. "Staima.

Mark ruffled through his bag, withdrawing a wound-cleaning potion. He took a medicine dropper, dropping a few drops into the wound. She had already lost some blood, now it was all about how to close up the cut.

Mark took back out his wand, and took a deep breath. He muttered, "Vulnera Sanentur" three times, as he watched the skin slowly knit back together. She would not be okay, just to get up and go. She needed to be cared for, and keeping her here was not going to do anything, where bad people would do bad things.

"Let's take you to my apartment, okay? I can heal you more there."

She was dead, and it was her own stupid mistake.  She should've thrown the knife from her hand, even if she hit Hunter, failing to kill him.  Celina was trying with all her might not to burst into tears as Mark turned around.  "I-I-I'm sorry!"  She put her head in her hands, heaving breaths.  She stopped when he appeared at her side, withdrawing the blade from her.  Celina thought Mark would stab her to death with it.  "P-please don't!"  She was dead.  She was dead.  Hunter was going to kill her.

She cringed, expecting the worst, but instead, Mark rattled off a handful of spells and used a potion, closing the skin around the wound.  She blinked slowly, not believing what was happening.  "B-b-but I was trying to kill you!  W-why?"  She asked, shaking after the accident.  Celina hadn't just tried to kill him, but she had drawn blood as she fell to the ground.  By now she was crying, she felt horrible for multiple reasons.  She nearly murdered him in cold blood, yet he helped her, not to mention that she stabbed herself in the process.  She nodded, trusting him wholeheartedly for his past actions.

Mark picked her up in a fireman's lift. "Look, you've lost a lot of blood. Let me finish caring for you." He said. He wasn't going to let her get away. Not after she tried to murder him in cold blood. He figured he'd take her to his apartment, and question her a little about why she tried to kill him in the first place.

"Couldn't let you die here." He said, as they began to walk away from Knockturn. "One quick thing though. And I'm sorry I have to do this." He felt bad about doing this. He really did. Mark took his wand, and pointed it at her face. "Stupify."

"I don't understand…"  She was confused.  She had tried to kill him, take his life right from him, and he was helping her.  It still didn't make any sense, even with his brief explanation.

Celina was feeling a little dizzy, as her side wasn't exactly A-O.K. at that moment.  She barely had time to register that Mark was picking her up, her protests futile.  "Stop!  I'm fine!"  She yelled in his ear, thrashing as she did.  "Release me!"  She froze.  Do what?  The last thing she saw was Hunter's wand as he cast a spell.
