PLEASE READ ON for vital information regarding the reports of possible risk of Dragon Pox at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft & Wizardry.

There is NOT Dragon Pox at Hogwarts School. 

Please read the preceding sentence again before continuing.  In the interest of public concern and student safety, healers from St. Mungo's Hospital for Magical Maladies and Injuries will immediately come to Hogwarts to execute comprehensive screenings of all students and staff.  And, if necessary, administer up-to-date inoculations and wards for any person whose protection might be in some way incomplete.  This process could take up to a week to complete. 

All responsible witches and witches who enjoy breathing should, though, for their own safety take note of the symptoms of Dragon Pox.  (Even though there is currently NO threat of such an illness at Hogwarts.) 

• It may first appear as particularly enthusiastic acne.
• Vomiting erupting at scalding temperatures.
• Scale-like formations on the skin, which scab rock-hard.  (Don't pick at it.)

Should you suspect that you or any other person has contracted Dragon Pox, seek out a qualified Healer straight away and immediately remove yourself from the company of those you wish to continue living.
