Wand: Length: His wand is 8 inches with Ipe wood and a Dragon Heartstring Core. It's intact and almost perfect were it not that he dropped it a few times from running everywhere. He inherited it from his father being because his father now has a better "fitting" wand

Physical Description: He is 4 ft. and 5in. with a slender weight of 75 lbs.
He has blonde hair that he lets grow out for the winter. He has a brownish green iris that can occasionally vary to blue depending on his outfit. His skin is white but almost appears pale. He has a small, skinny build but has some muscle hiding. He loves to run therefore he is fast, and will climb almost anything. His eyesight is normal and is quick (agility wise)


Personality Description: John cannot get enough of the woods. When he heard about it in Hogwarts he was ecstatic. Hearing about the forbidden wood got him "curious."  He can be sneaky at times, and mischievous too. Once when he was 6 he hid from his parents to not go to school. They found him but after school was out in the attic. He can tolerate almost anyone and loves to chat with people. He enjoys laughing along with other people and will most likley be the cause of it. He can occasionally be too curious for his own good. He can take "no" for an answer but only if he has to. John will have a contagious amount of imagination and will be nice to almost anybody once he know them.


There is one main thing that drives him up a wall, really snobby kids. When he hears how some one had their father buy them something amazing for doing nothing he  begins to grits his teeth. With is parents being teachers at muggle schools they do not make too much money. He has to work for what he wants and has to sacrifice sometimes to get it. When he knows people that get things for nothing then rubs it in his face can only get comfort in thinking that he is better off.



History: On June 6th 1998 John was born in Oulton Broad, Suffolk.  His father, Grubson Windell and his muggle mother, Jessica Windell were so happy that they had a boy. He was so small but they knew he would quickly grow. His first word was, like some babies, "Dada." At the age of 2 he saw his squib uncle die during a building accident. seeing his Uncle being crushed from a falling apartment brought pain to his family. Being 2 he had a very faint idea what it was like to loose someone.

At 4 years old he saw a forest for the first time. He asked his parents what was it and they didn't respond, just letting him play happily and run around enjoying nature. Around the age of 7, he began to take interest in muggle magic. His father says it was from a muggle magic show. His mother thinks it was from school. They would soon show him what magic really is.

A year later he had the "magic" in him and his parents then told him everything.  How his Father attended Hogwarts, and even showed him a few simple spells. His father admitted that he thought John was squib and didn't want to have John be disappointed.

After receiving his letters for Hogwarts his father was more excited than John was. By now he was beginning to get used to being called Jack. He was upset though that he couldn't tell his muggle friends what was going on but he knew they would be better off. His train ride was ecstatic, twitching in his seat and moving around in his seat. He left home nervous yet overjoyed and left with a new friend, Alice Hunter. After being sorted into Hufflepuff he has begun to enjoy new companions, getting okay grades at Hogwarts and can't wait for the rest of the year.

How Do You Fit Into Your House?: When that hat spoke for John it couldn't decide between Hufflepuff and Raven Claw. But due to his character caring more about having fun than grades it was decided Hufflepuff.

Writing Sample: This was from his first day at Hogwarts going into the Hufflepuff common room for the first time.
Walking into the Hufflepuff Common Room without an adult for the first time was breath taking. John could finally see see the Common room without hands waving in the air for question and the loud noises.
"Boo!" John jumped at the sound, awaking from his daydreaming daze.
"AHH! Who are you?" John yelped as he said this.
" My name isn't important. What's important is who are you?"
This guy seemed nice. He had brown hair, blue eyes, and smiled with a sense of comfort and play.
"I...I'm John but call me Jack... please" Still shocked from the earlier event
"Well Jack let me show you around." The older wizard patted Jack on the back and began the tour. He got to see The dancing plants that are brought from Herbology, the copper foot warmers, and most of all the boy's dorms.It began to sink in that he would be here for the next 7 years. Jack couldn't wait to see everyone here, chatting and having a blast.

He's a Half blood wizard and can't wait for the rest of the year here at Hogwarts. He's known about magic since he was 8 and enjoys meeting new people.  He loves being around people and likes to joke around. If he sees you in the hallways he'll say hi or poke his head into the conversation. He Already LOVES Hufflepuff and wants to try to sneak a peek at the other common rooms. Jack strongly supports what he believes and does not like being stood up. He hopes to have an AMAZING year and more to come.
