5:00 P.M.


That was the note Taryn had slipped to Ollie while the blustery Transfiguration teacher had his back turned.  Now she stood int the promised second-floor corridor, leaning against the wall next to the stairs and spinning her basketball around one knuckle as she contemplated whether or not this was a good idea. She didn't really know Olivia Foley, not yet. They'd had drinks once, and that was about it. Hell, she hadn't even known the girl's full name was 'Olivia' until that silly name-game the blustery professor had them play on the first day of class.

Still, she'd liked the scrappy little werewolf. She was bright and confident, and unapologeticly unashamed of herself, which Taryn could appreciate. She'd have liked to consider Ollie a friend if she could. And she figured that, if she was going to do that, she aught to at least explain why she'd not been at the support meeting in question.

Taryn glanced up at the sound of approaching footsteps and grinned when she caught sight of the werewolf in question, catching her ball. "Hey Ols," she said, closing the distance between them in two long steps. "You came. You're looking better than last week. Guess the full moon gives you a beating, huh? You doing okay?"
