Fellow squib!

Roger probably knows Vada well enough-- they might have had a fling before but quite recently, seeing as how he's still in his teens and younger than her. He bartends (under a fake ID) for both wizarding and muggle places; they could easily run into each other whenever she's club hopping or performing somewhere. He loves getting drunk as well, so I can totally see them getting along.

Other charries... maaaaybe Dietrich if she ever wants to get inked (or is considering it).

Ooo!  I suspect Vada and Jacoba would get along.  They're the same age, Jacoba knows all about messy, estranged families and  Jacoba tends to find herself hanging out with squibs.  Jacoba has a reputation for being the resident muggle and disappeared for a couple months but is back.  Her recently discovered magical capabilities aren't public knowledge, yet, but I don't suspect that'd make that big of a difference.  Definitely friend-etc possibilities.
