If yes, what were they and were they convicted?: Sergei works in finances. Including a prestigious position in the Russian wizarding bank, working with investments, and handling the financial side of a few very popular wizarding charities or organizations in Russia and other places in Eastern Europe. It is through these positions that he commits his crimes. He has yet to be caught, though many have suspected him. Due to his powerful allies and his own success, he has managed to avoid conviction. Typically by buying people's silence.

Wand: Sergei's wand is 13 inches long and made of Padauk. The core is dragon heart string and powdered runespoor fang. It is inflexible with an intricately decorated staff.

Physical Description: Sergei takes great pride in his appearance. Considered handsome by many, he carries himself with complete confidence, and often with arrogance. He is tall, standing a few inches taller than six feet, with a solid, muscular build. He has dark, thick hair which tends to vary in lengths. He has no qualms about letting it grow long, so long as it is properly maintained, but generally keeps it at a short to medium length. Sergei's eyes are hazel, looking more green or more brown depending on his current clothing. His jaw is strong, and he has a very warm, inviting smile- though he is rarely seen genuinely smiling. Most often his smile is a part of professionalism rather than joy.

Sergei takes great care of his body, eating well and making sure that he remains active. He maintains his impressive, phsyical prowess through playing quidditch with friends, particpating in recreational/professional dueling, and more traditional forms of exercise. Sergei feels he would be nothing without his impressive physique, and finds his looks an important part of doing business- which includes the necessary abilities of being able to both charm and intimidate. He exclusively wears dressy, custom tailored wizarding robes. Sergei always looks as though he is about to attend some high-society event. It all about appearances, after all.

Personality Description: Sergei is a proud, powerful pureblood- and behaves as such. He expects his reputation to precede him, and generally dismisses those who he considers to be of little or no use to him- especially when they are of inferior blood lines. Sergei, though he attends pureblood functions regularly in Russia, France, and other parts of Eastern Europe, tends to be very selective about whom he is seen socializing with in public. Rubbing elbows with the wrong sorts of people can totally ruin one's reputation, after all.

He has a short temper, and is stubborn and demanding. Sergei expects things to go his way. And if things do not go his way, he gets angry and does his best to make sure that things are changed. Most of his forays into extortion and blackmal have resulted from his temper and his overly demanding nature. More often than not, however, he manages to charm people into his way of thinking so he doesn't have to get his hands dirty in the mean time.

Sergei is very much concerned with appearances. As such he has impeccable manners and has learned the ins and outs of the games purebloods play. He is charming when the time calls for it, and has a face for every occasion. He is also very materialistic, needing to have the highest quality in everything.

History: Sergei was born in a large home in Zarinsk, Russia on the  Chumysh river. His family's estate is large, though largely considered to be stark and uninviting. His father- Nikola Morozov- also worked in finances. Sergei's mother was a French witch from the Vaillancourt family named Marthe. His father was a loud, strong willed, intimidating man. His mother was a quiet, meek, obedient woman.

Sergei was immediately groomed to be his father's successor. His father, a wealthy and succesful financier, wanted his son to eventually follow in his footsteps and take over the many accounts his handled for wizarding organizations and charities. Sergei took to the work his father set out for him, including a very rigorous study regime, with gusto and with promising talent.

At the age of ten, Sergei's little brother Gregori was born. Nikola, having already invested much time and effort into the rearing of his first male son and rightful heir, had very little interest in the younger boy. As such, Gregori became his mother's child- and she doted upon him, and he soon became Sergei's polar opposite.

Durmstrang was hard for Sergei. A child who felt entitled and demanded respect, it took a while for him to learn better ways to finesse himself into the higher ranks rather than trying to bully his way up. His time at Durmstrang, among the Oberteils. He specialized in Intangibles.

Upon graduation from Durmstrang, Sergei's father immediately found him a job with the wizard bank in Moscow, higher up than was appropriate for someone wet behind the ears- but such were the joys of nepotism. Sergei flourished at the bank, his father's mirror image, and soon was well networked, well liked, and seemingly untouchable. His criminal life started slowly- through a few simple tricks he learned from his father which had helped to increase the family vault. Eventually he branched out into other forms of white collar crime, generally in relation to finances- such as bank fraud, bribery, and embezzlement. This eventually turned to occasional instances of blackmail and extortion in order to keep himself out of trouble and his reputation flawless. Though he has committed multiple white collar crimes, it is something that is done sparingly to avoid detection.

Sergei married his first wife at the age of thirty. She was an Italian woman from a wealthy family. The woman did not adjust well to life in Russia, living in the estate in Zarinsk, away from most of society's splendors. The marriage was loveless, and though efforts were made to produce Sergei an heir, she never became pregnant. The woman would eventually die, just three years ago, quite mysteriously. Though Sergei did not have a hand in her death, it is speculated by many that he killed his own wife.

After his wife's death, he ceased attending any parties and removed himself from society as was appropriate for a supposedly grieving widower. It is only within the last year that he has been making his re-entrance into society, and word on the street is that Sergei is in the market for a new wife- and he certainly has his eye on one lady in particular.

He is a purist, and very particular about most things- especially who he associates with. Though he is a criminal, he considers himself not to be out of line- the types of crimes he commits, in his opinion, are "harmless" and they are done smartly, quietly, and sparingly.
