Physical Description:Black hair that he typically keeps short and kinda lets it do his own thing. He is rather rugged in appearance and definitely looks like he had been in more fights than can be counted in one hand. He has deep blue eyes that seem to stand out in comparison to his usual dark composition.
Alex is usually seen in black leather or just black clothes in general. He isn’t sure why he prefers the dark clothing but it seems to fit every occasion and so because of that he doesn’t attempt to put any color in his choices. Though his daughter Ciarra might occasionally buy him something to contradict it.
He definitely has some muscles but he is more known for his flexibility and gymnastic type of moves than his strength. Agile and quick when it comes to a duel, and his body posture can certainly give off that
Personality Description:All his life, Alex has been referred to as a lone wolf and a wild fire. While growing up he was out of control and often seen in the face of danger. Though it was rarely his fault because he just seems to attract that kind of attention. Because of his knowledge and skills he is seen as dangerous and a bad influence. But that is far from the truth.
Alex is actually a very caring individual, that while has trouble trusting people at first, once you have earned it you’ll find it very hard to lose his friendship. He’ll be behind you when you need support and occasionally just to offer a friendly ear. Though sometimes it might not appear that way when he is working. But once you begin to know him you’ll see a sarcastic and joking side of Alex, and he especially gets this way during a duel. Perhaps his way of taunting his opponent.
He is smart, and pays great attention to detail, as he has to in order to do his job well. But he is a definite slacker when it comes to paper work and often is only capable of being motivated by his long time friend and partner, Marcus Annwyl.
He does, however, have a habit of dodging paperwork in sometimes humorous fashion. Such as trying to escape out of his office window. Or using a distraction to get out of the office with no one knowing. But considering his skills are quite good he rarely has trouble doing so. Contrary to this he can be seen in his office late into the early morning going through all the paperwork he neglected that day. Since his work-a-holic attitude, he never seems to be off the job. And goes out on field assignments regardless if he should or not. Even though most of that work is typically left to the ones that work under him. Certain jobs that come through to him he will do himself simply because he doesn’t trust it to anyone else. A negative to his late nights is that he is always an hour late to work, every day, without fail.
History:The early years of Alex’s life is nothing but a mystery. His parents are unknown and how he ended up at the orphanage is unknown. Even the staff that worked there can’t seem to remember exactly how Alex ended up at the orphanage. Of the records that did exist of Alex, indicated that he is one child of a triplet and was born on November 6th, 1966 and of pureblood . Beside these three facts there is nothing else that can be pulled of his early childhood.
His first memory is that of his first adopted parents. He was adopted at a young age by a British Wizarding Family that was visiting Cairo and came to the Orphanage. The only reason they knew that Alex was a wizard was when he subconsciously summoned himself water when he was a denied a drink. The family instantly took him in. The family however, was not a dream family. Alex joined a elite pureblood family who had the inability to have any children of their own. Afraid of losing status in the community they adopted Alex and claimed to have him as their own. Since it had been carefully planned and had kept out of the public eye it was believable to most. The only thing they didn’t keep into account was Alex playing along with it. He didn’t.
As the first couple years went, he was severely beaten to the point that it nearly killed him. Even having the torture curse used on him on more than one occasion. Alex was a stubborn kid, and instead of obeying his adopted parents he instead ran away. Not long after running away he was found on the street by Jerry Forrester, a owner of an apartment building. As stubborn as Alex was the man instead tricked Alex to coming back with him, making him work with him in exchange for some place to live. Not more than a couple months later Jerry managed to legally get guardianship over Alex from his adopted parents who seemed rather pleased to be rid of him. Jerry was a single man and never had much luck when it came to women. So instead of trying he simply adopted Alex and the two of them became a strange family. Alex was determined to pull his own weight and insisted on working even though Jerry would have been more than okay with him just being a kid. Jerry never said no to Alex when it came to work and taught Alex a great deal.
During his days growing up with Jerry, Alex expressed interest in Martial Arts. As he seemed to watch a lot of martial art movies and things similar to it. So simply out of curiosity, Jerry signed Alex up for it. Alex absolutely loved it. There were many reasons why but the main reasons was that he was able to do something for himself. He loved the fact that he could defend himself and that it was another skill allowing him to depend on himself. A skill that was very important to him as he had been shuffled around and he didn’t feel like he ever had control, but with this he did.
Not long after this he got his letter to go to Hogwarts. Jerry took the whole thing rather well as he had witnessed quite a number of strange things looking after Alex. So finding out that Alex was a wizard just answered a lot more questions than it raised. So when September came around Alex boarded the train where he met his first real friend and future spouse. Ariella Merriweather. She ran into him on the train and in a over abundance of energy and as strangely as the two conflicted with each other personality wise, they seemed to click together.
But things weren’t easy. Alex was sorted into Slytherin, while Ariella was sorted into Gryffindor. Despite the stigma about the rivalry between the two houses they still became good friends. However, also during his first year he met a 5th Year named Marcus Annwyl. While he only saw him a couple times in passing he was one of the few people he actually liked. He dedicated himself to his school work, but making enough time to spend time with Ariella when he was able. Often he would find himself coming to her defense and protecting her in various circumstances. While at Hogwarts it was about school work and Ariella and during the summer, he worked on his martial arts and working at the apartment complex. When his third year came around he became good friends with Marcus Annwyl (who would be in his 7th year at that point in 1979) and learned of the 7th years intention of becoming an Auror. Of course, Alex had heard of this position before but had not done much research on it. A couple of key things happened for the 13 year old Alex. One he decided he would become an Auror, and the second he began dating Ariella and experienced his first kiss.
Alex and Ariella seemed to complement each other in every way. A even rarer trait was that the two had twin wands. Alex has a long black wand about 14 inches long and a sturdy handle with a rather complicated symbol that stands for unity. Ariella's was also of the same length except hers was a pure white and also had the symbol of unity on its handle. They both shared their wand core's, both coming from the same thestral and the same phoenix. The two of them had linked double core wands, perhaps the most rarest thing to happen in the wizarding world however, their fates were linked. Or at least the two of them were convinced of it.
As much as love was blooming for Alex and Ariella the rest of the wizarding world was dealing with the First Rise of Voldemort. And so it became harder for the two of them as things got shaky in the wizarding world as many didn’t know who was ally or enemy. And his friend Marcus Annwyl was training to be an Auror in the midst of all of it. It was during Alex and Ariella’s fifth year that the First Rise came to a crashing halt when Voldemort was reportedly defeated by “The Boy Who Lived.” Alex was simply happy to live in peace again.
Alex and Ariella were able to enjoy a peaceful last two years at Hogwarts before the two would graduate. Both of them who excelled as students finished with top marks. Alex entered the Ministry to become an Auror and Ariella would go into the Department of Mysteries to become an Unspeakable. The two married only four months after Graduating from Hogwarts. They graduated in 1983. Jerry, who was still technically Alex’s guardian in the muggle world was quite happy to see what Alex had grown up into. And as a wedding gave the couple their own apartment to live in. And since the apartment complex wasn’t too far off from Diagon Alley, it was great for the new married couple.
After completing his Auror training, he officially joined the Auror ranks and became partners with his old friend Marcus Annwyl. The two of them worked really well together. Alex seemed to develop rather well as a fighter and duelist. Using the martial arts he had learned and was able to have more than enough time to keep himself up to date with that. He also became quite knowledgeable in attack and defense spells. And it wasn’t until a case in 1986 that any attention came to Alex. A dark wizard known as Jordan Baxter, suspected as a Death Eater (which was later dismissed) began to stir trouble by kidnapping children. Marcus and Alex apprehended him with no back up, grabbing some attention in the Daily Prophet and most importantly some attention in the office.
Before Alex’s next big case came a big surprise in the form of a daughter. Ciarra Fiore Belisario was born on September 23, 1988. Alex and Ariella were incredibly happy about this and the two had never been more in love than they were on the day their daughter was born. But there was also a sadness that came during this time. Jerry Forrester, the man who had adopted Alex, died due to heart complications. Alex was surprised to find out however that Jerry had left everything to him. Suddenly Alex owned not one apartment complex but a long chain of them. Fortunately, he didn’t need to do much as they pretty much ran themselves. Alex, however, hired a 3rd party in order to watch over it all. So he continues to profit off of that on top of his job as an Auror. Making him a rather wealthy person quickly. That wasn’t about to stop Alex from working though.
The next case that would give Alex and Marcus more attention was against the dark wizard named Xian. Another who was presumed to be a hiding Death Eater (later dismissed as he didn’t have the mark and was acting for his own gains). Alex was forced into a long fight with Xian, which went from wand work to hand to hand as the two were on equal grounds. Xian was in fact using Legilimens against Alex to keep one step ahead of him. Despite the advantage that Xian had during the fight Alex managed to hold out until Marcus could show up and help subdue the dark wizard. (the two had been separated due to Xian’s tricks) The success of this mission led to their next one. But before that the use of Legilimens doesn’t sit well with Alex and takes his time over the next year learning occulemency and Legilimens so that he would never be taken advantage of by a Dark wizard again by such means. He would learn this skill from a man named Talon Vandalier, who happened to be a wizard that lived at his apartment complex, so Alex was able to learn the skill in secret. He would continue to develop this even through his next mission and into the future. Since Talon made sure to teach Alex several ways he could continue to hone his skill even without the involvement of an outside party to help train him.
The two’s exploits were seen in the Daily Prophet and around the office for quite some time after their return. Alex used some of his fortune that was accumulating from the apartment complex business and started up a tavern known as “The Burning Pot.” (1989) Where it is mostly known for its chili cheese fries and great alcohol. During this time the pair would solve more cases and become more well known. (1988-1992)
In 1992, the pair of Auror’s were assigned to a unique task. The Muggle government had strange reports happening within a war zone that the British Army was engaged in. Dubbed Operation “Justice” by Alex, the two were to go in undercover and find a couple dark wizards that seemed to be doing experiments on the battlefield and mostly on dead corpses. The case, however, grew to be quite complicated. A supposed group of dark wizards that wanted to become Death Eaters were spread all through the conflict. It was not an easy task and the two ended up uncovering another plot that was happening. A wizard known as Jade Corrin was doing experimentation on the dead using alchemy to try and bring them back from the dead. The result was what Jade had called “Thralls” but they were merely Inferi (animated corpses). It had taken considerable time. But they finally returned in 1994 with a total of 8 dark wizards. With the help of Theodora Kingstreet all of them were tried and sentenced to Azkaban. Marcus would end up going back in order to hunt down any remaining Inferi.
Tragedy would strike Alex at the World Quidditch Cup (1994) when it comes under attack by Death Eaters who spread destruction and panic for all that attended. His wife, Ariella had been attending the event. She is found dead. But despite their investigations it is unclear on how she died, whether it was cause by the Death Eaters or by some other means. At this point in time Ciarra is only 6 years old. Stricken by the pain of his wife’s death, Alex rides a destructive line for a while, crossing into some dark magic and being even more forceful during apprehending criminals. He hires a woman to take care of Ciarra during this time as he doesn’t trust himself to do so. Her name is Bianca Talara. (Bianca is actually an old friend and a long time resident in the apartment complex that he lives in)
Then in 1995 the Ministry finally admits of Voldemorts return. And business as an Auror seems to go up significantly. Alex is given no time to investigate Ariella’s death simply because of the increase in Death Eater activity. Marcus who had experience in the first rise of Voldemort makes sure that Alex keeps an eye out on whom he trust. The two do their best under the circumstances as the years go by. And in particular try to make sure they position themselves in a place to try and help end the situation.
Alex and Marcus were able to arrest Theodora Kingstreet after uncovering her crimes and deception and arrested her. But because of the ministry takeover the two had to place her in a makeshift prison before they could get her properly prosecuted and sentenced to go to Azkaban. This would happen after the Battle of Hogwarts.
Both were present at the Battle at Hogwarts. And the two caught a large number of Death Eaters on that day. Also Marcus and Alex were able to trace back and track down several traitors that helped Voldemort take over the ministry. Due to Alex and Marcus’ quick and efficient work on gathering up Death Eaters, Alex was awarded Order of Merlin 3rd Class.
In 1999, his daughter gets her letter to Hogwarts and as a present Alex gives her Ariella’s wand.
Alex would later become Senior Auror in 2003 at the age of 37. Training the new Auror’s as they come in and leading in investigations. Since Marcus would leave from being Senior Auror to go into the Wizengamot. After 19 years as partners they had gone separate ways. (1984-2003).
Alex has since advanced to the Head of Department of Magical Law Enforcement in 2005.
It has never been found out if Ariella had been killed or just a victim of the Death Eater attack at the world cup in 1994. Alex has put that behind him, and has focused on his job, coming a bit of a work a holic. Bianca Talara (as a side note Bianca would actually marry Talon Vandalier back in 2002) remained the main care taker for Ciarra until she graduated from Hogwarts in 2006. Currently Ciarra is in her second year of training as an Auror, working under her father. The two aren’t close but Alex hopes he can finally give his daughter the time he has never given her at some point in the future.

What is your job description? How do you go about your job?
How did you get your current job? How does your past and abilities justify your current position?: Alex job is the Head of the Department of Magical Law Enforcement, everything relating to the peace and stability of the Wizarding falls onto him and the people under him. Having been an Auror since 1984, he knows every aspect of the job inside and out. And having been one of the major Aurors during the 2nd rise of Voldemort gives him major influence and was the beginning of what led him to this position. On the surface it may look like Alex puts no effort into the position as he is often joking and seen avoiding some of the essentials of his job, such as paperwork and other various things. But he is very dedicated, and is often in his office beyond normal hours completing reports and signing off on certain paperwork as well as research as needed. Alex also has a habit to show up when his Aurors and all those below him need him. Its just something he seemed to develop over his years as an Auror, and seems to have gotten rather good at it as of late.

of their personality. Include action, dialog and thought.Alex had reached the ripe old age of 42. Maybe it couldn’t be considered that old to some people. But to a man that loved action, practiced martial arts and still wished he was one of the prime Aurors in the field it was like a constriction. As if his age had chained him to the desk in the office he was now sitting in.
“Oh Ariella, how did I end up in this chair?” Alex sighed as he leaned back and looked at a picture of his deceased wife. He smiled slightly, “I’m sure you’d tell me I’d have to sit down eventually.”
He frowned as his eyes caught the large stack of papers piling on his desk. Some that needed his signature and some of them reports from those that worked under him. And then he saw another paper flying its way into his office. He brandished his wand and tried to burn the bloody thing. But it simply repelled his spell and landed on the stack. His eye twitched as he looked at it.
“Department of Mysteries…I should have known. Only they would be able to predict what spell I would cast. I suppose I could look at it simply on principle…” Alex muttered to himself as he went to reach for the new addition. Instead he looked at the clock he had on his wall. “Or I can take an early lunch. That sounds like quite the plan to me.”
Getting up he peeked out to see people at work and so Alex decided to try and act casual to leave.
I could be heading to a meeting for all they know…its not like they should stop me or…“Sir, where are you going?” came a familiar voice.
“Not even three steps out of my office and I’m caught…” Alex muttered. “It’s my lunch time, hold my messages will ya?” He tried to divert it but Alex knew better and had already sprinted out the door before they could react.
“Sir! I’ve got important documents for you!” the voice yelled back.
But before they could catch up, Alex had entered the Floo network and towards his destination. Once outside the Ministry he apparated to his favorite restaurant. “The Burning Pot” After all there wasn’t any place else he could get his favorite chili cheese fries.
“Alexander Belisario!” Came a voice.
“Eh, busted again, they are getting good. Actually I don’t recoignize that one,” he said to himself as he turned towards the source. As he did it took him half a second to register what was happening and rolled to his left as a man attempted to attack him. Grabbing the man’s wrist he twisted him around and punched the man in the kidney and flipped him to the ground. All which happened in the course of a couple of seconds. “All I want is to grab some lunch. Why do I always have someone trying to stop that?”
Alex pulled the man up and slammed him against the wall. “Muggle huh? In that case…” Alex hit the man’s head against the wall knocking him unconscious and let him fall to the ground. “I don’t deal with you, but they usually pick up the garbage soon.”
He sighed and walked into the tavern, “Now for some lunch…and hopefully I don’t get interrupted any time soon.”
Sum up your character in one paragraph: Alex has a code of honor and sticks to it for pretty much everything. He is loving, caring and incredibly protective person, and while he doesn’t care for people’s opinions he does care if they insult his family or friends. He is a work-a-holic that spends way too much time at the office, though he is often seen as not caring about his position he is actually rather damn good at it. So messing with Alex doesn’t bode well for anyone, because he has the skills, talent and the whole Law Enforcement Department sitting right behind him.
