The only room you may ever see in Ira Almasy's London offices is her foyer. It is a neat, tasteful room that gives away next to nothing about the extensive criminal lair sleeping behind the mantle. Clients are often shown into this room by one of the liaison's secretaries- alternatively, she prefers to personally meet with individuals away from this location.


Home Away from Home
A password and charm allows for the dark mantle at the end of the room to shift, revealing a long passage of a different apartment. Here is everything Ira requires for the conduct of her particular profession. There are dark, mahogany rooms with wall-high shelves, stacked not with books but fragile, minuscule parchments: each rolled into cylinders and marked by ink or blood. Only she knows the order in which these are kept.

Also, for her convenience, many plainly decorated bedrooms. Several of these have been best used as either prison or protection. Ira keeps a single buttressed chamber in place of  a Werewolf cage. There also exists (in smaller capacities): a potions brewery, a kitchen, an unusually bare dance studio and two separate studies.


Nothing Going On Here
Ira owns the building and her offices reside in the two top penthouse floors. As a cover for her goings-on, she lets out the remainder flats to various wealthy members of the wizarding community. Current tenants include Balfour Spectre as well as many patrons from the International Society of the Wizarding Arts. Muggles are not allowed on the premises.
