She let out a little excited squeak! A yes! Elixa would love to! Maiko wasn’t coming on too strong! And apparently, it wasn’t too early for Elixa to see Maiko’s place. That was a relief.
“That sounds like a deal.” Mai grinned, and grabbed one of the paper hearts that had fallen onto the floor, placing it on the table. She rummaged through her purse and pulled out a well-used self-inking quill, and wrote her address down. “It’s easy enough to find.” Mai paused, “weekends are best for me—I spend most of my time at Hogwarts during the week. You can send owls to the school for me—or to my home. But I cannot promise that my brother won’t read them.” She placed the quill back into her purse.
Mai let out a regretful sigh, “This was lovely, really.” And she hated to see it end. However, she was now looking forward to the next time they met—and there was no doubt she’d be blabbing about this woman to anyone who’d listen.
