Akira shook her head at the question, she knew that they weren't real Trolls but it was a valid question, come to think of it, it was rather disturbing that they would have so many movies about hunting dragons and trolls, infact she was glad her mother and sister spoke to her about the movie Eragon and corrected her on the topic of dragons after she had watched it and kept begging for a dragon at her birthday. She was not happy at not receiving an egg, she understood however that many poor young Wix may not have the same experience.
"No, I don't think you can get magical creatures on camera anyway? They sadly don't have real vampires on Twilight, they can't be caught in mirrors though so on film makes sense also." She nodded gently as she went to put in the DVD to play.
Once it was in she jumped back onto the couch and leaned onto Tim, giving a gentle smile.
"I hope you do like the movie, but if you don't just tell me and we can change it." She said in a more caring tone, she wanted him to have a good time! Even if she might feel personally insulted at him not loving the best movie franchise of all time.

She was deeply relieved that her sister hadn't scared Tim off, although he made an excellent point with his cousins, Zeta seemed very...proactive in everything, she always had something to go and do, it almost made her wonder if the girl ever took a break, or atleast from the amount of SAWS stuff at school, thought she could be very wrong on the front, she liked to believe Tim was the mastermind being the Ravenclaw and all. Then she nodded enthusiastically. "Yes! Its an amazing love story! Although..." She looked down briefly and gave an awkward cough. "I uh...hear boys don't tend to like it...but I have a big selection anyway! I hear boys like Top Gun or something?" She didn't want to scare him away from watching Twilight obviously, she'd love for him to love it, after all she couldn't figure out why anyone wouldn't like it? Edward was so passionate and caring, and Jacob was dreamy, but apparently some people just hated quality movie making and as such, they must just hate movies. She wanted Tim to enjoy the time over, and as guest of course he had the honor of choosing the movie! Gently Akira placed a fabric carrying case onto the couch and opened it, inside was her selections of movies, who needed the boxes really when you could carry them all in one of these?

Akira squirmed over the couch, she had invited Tim over for a sleepover, she was enjoying it so far, despite her sisters attempts to ruin it, at first it was the awkwardness of meeting her family, then her sister tried to tease and make fun of her infront of Tim, it was annoying but at the very least it made sure the rest of the evening couldn't be that bad, after all her older sister had stopped the jokes and comments on Akira and her dating, as if her big sister was much better, atleast Akira had a boyfriend and wasn't just going to bars hoping to find someone to date.
However her mother had told her off, and now they'd both basically wandered off to give the two space, Akira was happy about it and was hoping it wasn't too strange for Tim to be in a house with basically no magic anywhere, her own magical stuff was up in her room that was surprisingly tidy, she'd packed away her clothing instead of leaving it on the floor, along with tidying the various books up and having them stacked, so it was cluttered but not messy.
Now it was the evening and pizzas had been prepared, Akira had placed them on the table infront of the couch before she sat down, her own was Ham and Pineapple as it was the best toppings, along with the sweetness of the pineapple. There was two bowls of Popcorn of mixed sweet and salted, the tv and DVD player had been set up so that she could show Tim some of the movies she enjoyed, she wasn't sure if he'd actually ever watched a movie, but if not she hoped he enjoyed it.
"I hope my sister hasn't freaked you out." She said softly as she kicked her feet up onto the couch cushion, by now she'd dressed up fully comfortable in pink pajama pants and a white t-shirt, she'd brought down blankets for them to keep warm, a soft smile on her face as she looked over at Tim.
"What movie do you want to try first? I've got a few good ones you may like, oooor we got Twilight! The final movie is out in November!" She hated that she wasn't going to be able to watch it in Cinemas...unless her mum could pick her up for a quick weekend excursion to watch it...

List of where my Characters will be and what they are doing post time jump! This list will be updated as things change coming up to the time jump and I may try to keep it updated with how things are going for them as things go on!

Lucinda Temple: Would of been captured and is being sorted out as to what to do with her given her endangerment of others aswell as all the other rules to control werewolves. Potentially given to ELF by her parents to "Get her in tune and help with her werewolf side."
Sam Forester: By now is likely to have worked things out with themselves and is either transitioning or has found a way and is starting her new life trying to figure things out as a girl.
Gris Hericho: Likely at the start or end of her parents disowning her. Either way she is starting to take her job more seriously, still working just as hard but is finding out how to give herself a social life instead of 20 hour office days. (I haven't forgotten the disowning plot, I've just been bad at keeping up with stuff since getting job sorry x.x)
Lochlainn O'Keeffe: Has been struggling to keep his stock and customers. Due to the influence of Zelda people have been less willing to deal with him and its been harder to get supplies. As a result he's facing a dilemma of how to continue.
Alex Cooper: By August she will be 32 weeks (8 months) pregnant! She'd have been having a harder time keeping it secret from people (obviously) but will still be fairly against talking about it. At this point she would of taken notice of Mairead ó Fearghail over the summer and is worried about her, along with the idea of taking her in.

Akira smirked as Tim called her Aki, glaring at him as he threw the ball, with a lean she raced towards the ball so that she might meet it and grabbing the ball, although holding it was soon proven to be a problem.
After all the ball was sort of...big. And she only had two arms, one had to remain on the broom.
She stopped in place so that she might adjust her grip and holding with the ball, giving a groan as she did so as she wiggled and moved about all over, starting to mumble annoyances under her breath.

Akira smiled and had been chasing the ball about, she was a chaser after all, what else was she meant to do really but chase the ball? Although she broke off pursuit from the Slytherin to fly towards Aoide, she was struggling and as much as she wanted to steal the point and showboat how good her broom was, and prove she was the better player after all. The other girl needed the help.
She zipped over to Aoide and leaned off her own broom to help steady the girl.
"Okay, keep your legs somewhat wrapped around the back, you can keep them crossed over eachother to help hold on. I won't let you fall okay?"
She smiled gently as she attempted to help the girl get a better hold onto the broom, she didn't want any injuries, especially the first year! She was the older girl in this situation! Which was terrifying to think of...

Akira leaned forwards on her feet, smiling happily at the discourse, yes they were down for Quidditich! Or Cheap Quidditich! Cheap Akira Quidditch? Akidduiditch? Was that a word? It sounded like it should be no matter what.
Tim handed the older girl the ball, then a younger girl spoke up, she wasn’t quite sure on either their names but that didn’t matter! Everyone was welcome, or else Akira had to eat all the food. Hogwarts would not survive that.
“Beater would likely be easier, its using the bat to knock the ball at others, and stopping it from hititng your own team.” Beater wasn’t so much an easier role in the main game she reckoned, but in this it would be easier, and fun, its just hitting people!
Then the older girl asked what role she wanted, she gave it a thought. “Hhhm, I think Chaser would be fine for me.” She said happily.

Akira smiled happily and zoomed about the pitch a bit more, she had to break in the new broom after all before she went back and they started anything else. Best to bond with the broom before doing anything else with it, learn how it flies before being hit in the head by several balls. She didn't want anyone, least of all herself, to break their neck during her birthday. Especially as it means trouble with the staff in the end!
She flew herself back down to the others with a happy squeal of delight as she landed. She should try out for the Quidditch team next year! She could do so well with it! She wasn't sure what brooms they typically used in the house teams but she was fairly certain they were just the ones she's currently...borrowed for this.
"Tim!" She said excitedly. "Do you want to try it out?" She asked happily, she didn't mind if he did want to try, after all it would be fun and she sort of already told him the plan, so he didn't need to listen too much, and it was Tim! She doubted he could break her broom, although if he did...she thinks the broom has insurance...Tim would likely know more, especially with him knowing not to buy property in may...
She turned around to those who had arrived with an eager smile. "Ooh ok! So I have a plan! We can play a makeshift Quidditch match! We have a football we can use as a Quaffle, some bats. And if we enchant a basketball I brought, we can make it hover and only move when hit!"
She bounced on the heels of her feet, almost rocking forwards and backwards as she gave out the plans. This might be the coolest second year party, scratch that, the coolest birthday party! Ever done in Hogwarts!

Unlike her younger sister, Kira is not anywhere near as eccentric, more shockingly to those who have met her younger sister, she isn't even that fond of sweet foods and prefers to have a good diet and keeping fit with exercise. In this it also keeps open all sorts of opportunities for adventures, if you're constantly eating sweets and junk food its much harder to suddenly go on an adventure to Romania isn't it?
She tends to have a more inquisitive and fun loving side, the prospect of going into something she doesn't know about or has little knowledge in, diving into it to experience it all. From the most mundane to the best parts of it, to see and know the aspects of it, before plunging into the depths of another subject.
To say she jumps from job to job rapidly is an exaggeration, but not unfounded. She tends to dive into a new job, reading up and taking in as much information as she possibly can before starting, and then being entirely dedicated to that job, becoming a model worker for that field. Until a few years later where it seems like she has a choice, either continue down that job path for the rest of her life most likely, or go onto another job path. Preferably while she still has both arms available to do so.

Named after her mother, by her mother, Kira grew up with both parents until the Battle of Hogwarts, where their father disappeared. And in the aftermath her mother decided to leave the magical world and take to working in the Muggle world. Joined soon by a new younger sister, in the form of Akira.
Kira reached the age of 11 and started attending Hogwarts, becoming almost a perfect model of Ravenclaw of studying and working hard, even if she never excelled in any subject, and perhaps pushed herself too far by taking as many subjects as possible. Eventually leading to her graduating Hogwarts with either only passing by a point or good grades in all her subjects at NEWT level.
After graduating, Kira went straight into work, for a couple of years taking numerous temporary or small contract jobs to earn enough money to afford her own place to live, a nice cottage in the countryside away from prying muggle eyes. In which to help make money on the side and as a reliable backup plan, adding a Fairy greenhouse onto the cottage. After her couple of years of running around, she took her longest lasting job as an apprentice beast handler, although now she is deciding to try to find more work and move onto another topic to experience and learn all she can about, not to say she had mastered beast handling, but more how is she to know if it is the right career for her when there is much more to do?

On the pitch outside a changing roomIt was a dreary day, cloudy, not sunny. But that was per the normal really, it was rarely that sunny about Hogwarts really was it? Luckily it wasn't windy like yesterday morning was, however today was just cloudy, sadly it wasn't the warmest but it was still a nice day regardless. Akira was extremely excited, yesterday had been her birthday! And today was their chance to celebrate it! Well, she could of had a party yesterday, she did certainly celebrate it but she left out any parties. She knew what she wanted to do! It was better to be patient for the day, so then she can celebrate it today. When she had the full day off and her plans wouldn't be ruined by having to be late at night. She had a special plan! She had the best birthday plans! Quidditch! She had gotten to the Broom cupboard and retrieved as many she could carry, including magically carry along with her. Also taking a ball with her, not a quaffle, as she didn't have one of her own, she didn't want to risk the quidditch supplies, Bludgers were scary and too hard to control, but she did bring another ball and some bats! It works, it does! Just enchant it to stay level and have people knock the ball at others with bats, no need for it to chase you! It was everything for a mock quidditch game! She even brought food and drink! She got things for sandwiches, several fizzies...water. Oh and some cakes! And sweets...and chocolates...It may be really soft birthday party foods but she was happy! She had been looking forwards to pulling this off, she invited a few people she knew, although not sure how many will show up, she hoped some showed up. Would be a waste of cake if only she got it! She made good chocolate banana cake! She thinks she got the last thing set up and sighed, she was so excited! This also served as great practice of flying and Quidditch, she was hoping to run for the team next year, and her mum seemed supporting! Both mum and her sister had pooled together, her poor Kūki yesterday having to carry in her gift, she finally had a real broom of her own! And it was good! Double great! Akira happily and quickly jumped onto her Cleansweep Eleven and flew up into the pitch, her oversized hoodie puffing up somewhat as the air billowed through it before she flew back down to earth again, careful as to not disrupt her laid out food. Before looking towards the entrance to see who was to come. She had told several people right? Sure she thinks pretty sure she did.

Akira popped up next to Tim, having been on an adventure of her own along the table, but a new teacher? That she couldn't miss, and Tim seemed to be in the right area for her to eves drop, along with knowing he won't mind if she had to sit at his lap.
She had only been a few seats on the opposite row to Tim, but nevertheless she thought it was a better idea to stalk along behind a few students then crawl under the table to pop up by him. Besides she saw some grapes next to him and she rather fancied some right now, more then enough reason for diving under the table.
"Mine was wrong." She pulled a drawing from her bag, then placed it onto the table, a lovely and crude drawing of Mary Poppins. "I will get it one day." She sighed, truly sounding like her heart was into meeting her one day, regardless of it being just a story. She will one day find her...maybe if she tries to fly up any chimneys in the castles...she is small enough to fit up them still, as long as they aren't those weirdly shaped ones.
"She seems somewhat mad, somewhat old crazy cat lady. I'd give her..." She hhhhhmed. "Ten years." She nodded proudly, her math was good, if Professor Binns had lasted until Knox, and Professor Trelawney had lasted that long. Then what is to say she couldn't last that long here? Or Madam Hooch she had read lasted for ages, it always struck her oddly that there was a separate teacher just for Quidditch and Brooms.
Either way, Akira was rather smug and proud of herself. And eager to listen to teach drama! Who knew they real people? She surely didn't.

I hope work is getting easier! I know you aren't having as many naps as you need! I found one of the desks you drew on, it has a tally mark of each time you napped on it.
And my sister should of known better! His name is Tim and he's a fellow Ravenclaw a few years above me. There is nothing more to it so butt out! I know of your tongue piercing!
But please please please please tell me how to become an animagus my sweetest dearest loveliest cousin I'll do anything! I'll do all the boring stuff you like! Like clothes shopping or getting a tattoo!
