Barnabas Cuffe Missing

Editor-in-chief of this publication the Daily Prophet has not been seen since the 23rd of January and has been declared officially Vanished.[1]
"It's not like him not to show up for work. Even when he's travelling for some gala, he's here overseeing everything," said Jala Que, one of our reporters. This has been the general concensus here. Cuffe has ruled over the Daily Prophet with an iron fist and hot-headed vocabulary for decades now and suddenly abandoning his post, no Seer could have predictd that. (No letters, please.)
At this time there's no direct evidence to suggest foul play, but his disappearance is so odd it's difficult not to speculate. The celebrity couple is a near constant presence in Wizarding Britain's elite circles and there are as many reasons anyone might hold a vendetta as count him an influential ally (despite a notoriously bad temper).
His wife, Wizarding Wireless Network star Agatha Pendragon appears to have Vanished with him.
The investigation into this disappearance has been taken up by the Ministry of Magic. Anyone with any information on either Cuffe or Pendragon's whereabouts are encouraged to come forward.
